Job Summary: This job is responsible for handling radioactive materials and operating radionuclide measuring and imaging devices for the purpose of obtaining diagnostic information concerning various bodily functions and structures. Manager BD, Residuals and Waste-to-Energy Markets

Primary Role : Supports the Director of Market Development in the pursuit of new business and the implementation of the Contract Services Group strategy within the US and Canada in the residuals market (Class A residuals management and waste-to energy) including the key roles of: Opportunity identification Relationship management Market/brand development Project development/management Key Accountabilities: Within the residuals and W2E markets, build the business development pipeline and identify target opportunities to maintain a steady flow of projects. Develop plans to secure these opportunities consistent with the strategic plans of the Contract Services Business. Identify, qualify and prioritize leads through the use of appropriate tools, regional and national market data and intelligence, and active target prospecting. Develop, shape and track potential opportunities and match offerings with customer needs Develop personal contacts at multiple levels within federal, state and local governments. Develop relationships with key technology providers in Class A residuals and W2E marketplace. Recommend service offerings to create commercially viable solutions to meet customer needs. Create market awareness and interest in American Water and Contract Services. Develop and maintain our brand image with key industry stakeholders and technology partners. Interface directly with government/municipal officials, and attend industry trade shows. Manage the end-to-end business development cycle for CSG (from deal inception, through negotiation and project development). Coordinate complex project development efforts and manage multi-functional teams as the project developer. Develop projects through to hand-off for construction and startup.
