Mona Sethi Gupta, Ph.D.

Dr. Gupta is a freelance science writer focusing on environmental and public health issues. She enjoys writing articles as well as non-fiction books on science, nature and environment. Mona obtained her Ph.D. degree in Toxicology from Texas A&M University and M.S. degree in Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University. After completing her post-doctoral fellowship at the Medical College of Virginia, Mona worked in industry as a staff toxicologist. She has taught courses at undergraduate and graduate levels in various areas of Biomedical Sciences and has 29 peer-reviewed publications and abstracts.
